Let's cleanse with Caudalie, shall we?
I published a video with my routine with french pharmacy skincare products for acne, oily and combination skin types this Sunday (partnering with the Portuguese online store Skin.pt) and I mentioned the Caudalie Gentle Cleansing Milk*. I must admit I'm loving it! I don't usually like makeup removers with a milky texture because they usually involve a cotton disk and they turn out to not be as relaxing and efficient as something you can spread on your skin and massage. However, this milk is on the creamier side so I skip the disk altogether and use my hands. It's super gentle, very efficient, smells deliciously of Caudalie and does the job with no fuss.
The Cleansing Oil** was a more recent launch and I, loving everything oily and balmy, just had to try it out! It's a good oil, pretty dense and so good. However, it's not an emulsifying product so, for oilier skin types, it might not be the preferred method - it won't do them any harm, but the feeling of the skin can be a bit heavy afterwards. I still love to use it but I'd prefer this when I'm feeling like I need more nourishment and the milk when I'm an absolute grease ball.
Have you tried any of the two? Which is your favourite texture when it comes to makeup removers?
