PHYTO travels: PhytoBaume Éclat Couleur & PhytoKératine

Phyto is a brand that has been with me since I first started the blog and I trust it a lot - amazing quality-price relationship! I've experimented a lot of things from the brand (Subtil Elixir and Secret de Nuit, PhytoGloss, Phytopolleine, PhytoApaisant Shampoo & Spray, Shampoo PhytoJojoba and a thousand samples more I've picked up here and there). Even the products that I didn't love, I didn't really hate, it was more like a "my hair is so dry it needs more moisture" kind of situation.

The lovely Portuguese pharmacy Farmácia Marques in Braga kindly sent me this PhytoBaume Éclat Couleur conditioner* and I must say I wasn't expecting much... Like, it's a conditioner, it's a pretty basic product (for me, at least, because my hair is so thick I use a mask every time I wash). But I liked it a lot! I admit I can't really tell if it makes the color last longer, more so because I do a ton of things to preserve it, but my hair honestly liked it! I've used it as a conditioner and as a cleansing cream when my hair was drier and/or more damaged and I am a fan.

I also received this travel size of the PhytoKératine thermal protector spray in the last Space NK goodie bag. Well, here is where I did not expect much at all... I usually like thicker and more emollient products to protect my hair from the heat, because I think they're just much more effective. And, even though it says on the bottle you can also use it as a leave-in, I really believed this would be nothing special. Oh, was I wrong!
Even though it's a very light and delicate spray, it softens my hair a lot! The spritz is just out of this world (I swear this bottle is going to be kept for future products), it's a wonderful, magical mist instead of the conventional spray. I use it in the morning when I need to freshen up my curls and before going to bed, followed by an oil. And my hair loves it! Definitely a product to purchase!
