ZOEVA is honestly, hands down, one of my favourite makeup brands at the moment. Not only because they send me all their releases * cheeky grin * Nah! Because they have loads of good stuff coming up! And the quality is absurd (in most cases).
I must say, ZOEVA is either hit or miss for me... But the misses are rare and the hits just make them so worth it anyway!
But generally think any face spectrum and eye palette, you're safe! They are GOOOOOD!
Let's keep keeping on!
They have just recently launched their brow range with a few products to help you up your game!
I just want to say I somehow forgot to photograph the Brow Light so I have it in the swatches but not the OG photo - it's a crayon though.
Let's start with the Brow Spectrum* (and first I just have to say the only thing that bugs me about their complexion(-ish) spectrums is that all the shades are good to have handy if you're a makeup artist or just a makeup nut like me who will eventually use them all for weird and stupid things lol but for someone completely random who just does their makeup for daily life, these all-shade spectrums CAN be a little overwhelming!? Does anyone else share the same opinion? Yeah).
It has got 6 matte shadows for your brows as well as one matte highlighter and two deliciously buttery-gods in the name of creamy shimmer highlighters! Seriously sooo creamy they crumble (in a good way) in your hands.
Overall super pigmented, shadows are very matte and concentrate but not overwhelming - very easily workable and they just work people, they're good!!
The Brow Light* is a very buttery crayon with a LOVELY champagne colour. Not too pink, which I honestly adore! You can easily use this as a brow highlighter OR as an inner corner beam of light, anywhere really! VERY GOOD. Excellent formula as it still packs a lot of pigment.
The Graphic Brows* come in 4 shades and I really like them because they're all like ashy and stuff! They're stiff as a brow pencil should be, sharp enough to kill a b*tch! And still very buttery... In a way that it's not hard to get pigment out of them (which I find to be the issue with many brow pencils in the market, including Kiko's and even Nabla's). Lovely!
Now the only product I don't like out of the whole bunch is the Graphic Brow Fix* as they just... Well... They don't work! So many problems to list, so little time. I was VERY excited about the Arsenic shade as it is so ashy and gorgeous! But the wand is too small for the amount of product it holds each time I dunk it in so I end up messing up A LOT. And then the formula itself is kinda weird... It is very gooey and instead of brushing and fluffing while lightly tinting my brows (as a good tinted brow gel should do, see ABH), it just gels my brows down and matts them into non-bushy town and the amount of gel is SO MUCH that you can see it in the brows, hair by hair gelled down (think Ross from FRIENDS at some point). Plus, it's very hard to fade it out at the tip of the brow as well. And I don't understand why these only came out in three shades instead of four either.
It's just overall a huge fail to me sadly.
And I may be demoing it on a video tomorrow ahah Keep posted!
Only other thing I need to mention is that they don't do copper-y or auburn-y shades so if you're a redhead this might all be a fail for you sadly.
Overall, I blooming love ZOEVA. I recommend EVERYTHING out of this bunch EXCEPT the Brow Fix. And you'll be rocking fluffy flawless brows with a heavenly glow better than anyone else!
Have you tried any of these ZOEVA products?
